Activate a new VISA debit card
Your Retro or Link Debit card and PIN will be sent separately to you. Follow the steps below to activate your card.
- Tap on Cards from the bottom of the dashboard
- If you have an inactive card, the screen you will see will be a card with the last 4 digits of your card and the Activate Card button – check that this is your card number and click on Activate Card. Choose To someone else from options that appear.
- It will them ask you to enter the cards expiry date, enter this from your card then click on Activate Card.
- The screen will then show Card Activated and the options will then change to Change card PIN and Report lost or stolen.
