Transaction History
This guide explains how to access, generate, and download your transaction history for Retro and Link home loan accounts using Internet Banking or the Retro Mobile App.
Internet Banking steps
By selecting a specific date range, you can obtain a record of transactions for the financial year required for taxation, accounting, or personal record-keeping purposes.
1. From Account click on the home loan that you want to get a transaction history for then click on the Advanced Search (magnifying glass) after the Search Button:
2. Click on Show and choose Selected Date Range
3. Enter the date range you want (last financial year) and click on Search Button
4. Click on the Download button at the bottom right of your transactions and choose the format you wish to use:
5. If you choose the Print icon the output will display like below:
6. You can then choose to print to PDF or whatever printer you are linked to.
Retro Mobile App steps
1. Log into the Retro App (this applies to both Retro and Link customers)
2. Click on Accounts from the Dashboard
3. Click on the account that you want to get a transaction listing for.
4. Click on the 3 dots on the top right-hand side
5. Click on Transaction history
6. Choose the period you wish to export, either a set range or custom range to view and export.
7. Select format and click Confirm at the bottom of the page
8. A PDF will look like this which you can now use as required:
