How to change your transaction limits

This will allow you to change your Retro or Link account’s daily transaction limit for external pay anyone transfers and for BPay transfers.  

  1. Click on the Burger Menu from the top right-hand side of the Dashboard (
  1. Click on Settings 
  1. Click on Accounts 
  1. Click on Maintain transaction limits 
  1. Choose the limit you wish to increase (Internal, External or BPAY payment) by clicking on the arrow next to the current limit (
  1. Change the amount to what you would prefer. 
  1. Confirm the change by clicking on the Confirm button 
  1. Your transaction limit has now been changed, and you can go ahead and complete your transfer. 

Note** 

  • This does not change your Card limit 
  • Your limit will stay this amount until you either change it yourself or contact Client Services on 1800 629 948 and request it to be changed. 
  • If you require a larger temporary limit please call Client Services who can assist.
